Hillary: IT'S OVER.

The image shows that she can win every race from here out (which she won't) with a 60-40 margin (her best showing so far is 54%), including the unpledged superdelegates, and still have an 8-delegate deficit going into the convention, with Obama a mere 7 delegates short of an all-out majority.

North Carolina is the largest remaining prize, and there's simply no way she'll get 60-40 there. Based on recent polls, there's a remote chance she'll upset him there today, but if so, it would only be by a point or two. The much more likely case is that he'll win, although by a single-digit margin.

Michigan and Florida shouldn't be colored blue in the graphic, but I know that's not your doing. :p There's a Clintonite in your source's graphics department.

After today, I reckon the 60% she needs in the remaining contests will be more like 65%-70%.

It's looking like she needs to go 65%-35% (including remaining superdelegates, who are already breaking for Obama after last night) to even get close to having a chance from here on out.

And assuming the rest of the races go about 50-50, she'd need around 80% of the SDs. With McGovern already switching today and apparently four more making announcements today, her door is swinging shut quickly.

Ah, but the corrupt political machine works in mysterious ways. Perhaps she can steal/bribe/threaten enough superdelegates.

I was never too fond of Hillary's style to start with, but each additional day she remains in this race, I find myself disliking her more.

It's one thing to want to win. It's another entirely to want to win at all costs, and to wax delusional about your true chances, and to alternate between mud-slinging and straw-grasping until it becomes just, well, embarrassing.

Dude. It's over. It isn't about you anymore, it's about supporting the party. Please, please get a clue.

I agree that her chances of winning now are near nil, and it would save everyone a headache... but she did promise to stick with it till the end, and maybe she's one of those who actually keeps her promises :P
